Victoria Hospital has no oxygen

Patients at Victoria Hospital are having a tough time due to the non-functioning of the intensive care unit (ICU). The hospital authorities are attributing this to the discontinuation of central oxygen supply.

The hospital is not admitting any more patients because of this. Though the authorities are trying to manage with oxygen cylinders, they are finding it very difficult to operate the ICU.
