Thousands of devotees are reportedly rushing to Puttaparthy to witness the miracle. The Baba was hospitalised on March 28.

His condition reportedly continues to be serious but stable, and he is on a ventilator. While concern is growing among his devotees about the ambiguous medical reports, many await a miracle and are hoping to see him today. A team of government officials visited Puttaparthy last week to study the finances of the Satya Sai Central Trust, fuelling speculations about a possible take over by the government.
