Delhi is experiencing extremely chilly winter with rain gods pouring since early morning. The national capital witnessed a thunderstorm on Thursday morning on India's 68th Republic Day, and similar weather conditions prevailed today as well.
According to a report in ANI, minimum temperature was recorded at 13°C while the maximum was recorded at 20°C with generally cloudy sky and light rain being predicted for the rest of the day by the MeT department.
