Weatherman predicts a chill in the next few days
After days of warm weather, Delhiites may finally be able to enjoy the winter chill again.
The national capital woke up to a chilly morning on Tuesday with the minimum temperature dropping to 8.3 degrees Celsius. And the weatherman says the temperature is likely to fall further in the coming days, following a western disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir. "Skies will remain clear with mist in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperature is expected to below normal," said an official at the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature today is expected to be 25 degrees Celsius and the minimum 8 degrees Celsius.
December so far has been warm with the minimum and maximum temperatures settling above average. The coldest day of the season was November 28 when the minimum temperature dropped to 7.9 degrees Celsius.
