Woman jumps in front of Metro with kids, critical

According to police, the woman and her daughters, aged four and two, fell in between the tracks and were run over by a couple of bogeys before the train stopped as the crowd raised an alarm.

The incident took place at around 8 a.m. and the injured were rushed to Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital. "The woman sustained severe head injuries and is critical. One of the daughters has received minor injuries while the other is absolutely fine," a police officer said.

According to police, it appears that the woman took the extreme step because of a family dispute.
