Umesh Ramakant Kharade (23), a civil engineer, apparently paid the price for his father campaigning for a certain group. Kharade, was beaten up by members of the other group yesterday at 10 pm. Umesh's father was campaigning on behalf of Bhairavnath Janseva Panel, whereas the youth who attacked him were from Bhairavnath Pragati Panel.u00a0

u00a0"He may require a CT scan to identify the gravity of his head injuries," said Dr N B Khare, from Sassoon Hospital. The Yavat police, have arrested four youths,u00a0 Balu Takawale, Anil Kharade, Satish Kharade u00a0and Anand u00a0Kharade.
