Three women were detained for allegedly kidnapping a woman over a monetary dispute in Maharashtra's Nagpur district, police said on Tuesday.
The incident took place in Kuhi police station area of the district on Sunday, an official said.
The victim was allegedly withholding Rs 8 lakh belonging to the three accused, he said.
The trio confronted the victim outside her shop on Sunday, and following an argument, they pushed the woman into their car and drove away, he said.

When the victim's family members found out about the abduction, they lodged a complaint with Kuhi police in Nagpur, the official said.
The victim's phone was switched off and she was eventually taken to Adyal police station, where the accused planned to lodge a complaint against her, he said.
The police rescued the woman, while the trio were detained and later released, the official said.
Meanwhile, in an another incident last week, the officers of the Mumbai Crime Branch Unit IX arrested a âfake cop', who along with his five associates, had kidnapped and extorted money from a 26-year-old after threatening to book him for drug consumption. The suspect was arrested on Monday and the officers have identified his associates.
The incident took place on June 30. The complainant was at a bar with a female friend when a group of four men claiming to be police officers approached the victim and asked him to come along. One of the men told the victim that they had found he consumed drugs. He got frightened and accompanied the men in an auto-rickshaw.
The men allegedly told him to shell out Rs 50 lakh or face "legal action". According to the police, the six men took Savla for a drive around the city. He managed to pay them Rs 5.6 lakh via NEFT and Google Pay. The men also accompanied the victim to his residence to get a cheque but the money was not encashed due to technical reasons.
On July 10, the victim decided to approach the police and an FIR was registered at Versova police station. Following the complaint, the crime branch swung into action and made the arrests in the case.
