A 30-year-old man lost both his legs after falling from a local train. This occurrence occurred in Maharashtra's Thane district. He fell off a crowded local train at Thane Creek. The event occurred at 10 pm on May 22, according to PTI.
According to media sources, he collapsed on his own and was rushed to the Kalwa Hospital for treatment. Doctors claimed that a train had run over his legs. Jagan Laxman Jangle is an inhabitant of Kalyan.
According to the preliminary investigation, the man fell from the train and was not hit by anyone, and a case has been filed.
Similarly, another accident occurred on a bypass road in Thane when a truck and a van collided with the road's retention wall. One individual from the van was seriously hurt and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The incident happened on Saturday at 1 pm on the Mumbra bypass. The truck driver fled the scene, and a hunt is underway for him.

Another incident occurred in the Pune Kalyani Nagar area wherein a teenager rode his Porsche over two people killing them. The deceased were IT professionals from Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred on May 19.
Surendra Agarwal, the grandfather of the teen accused, was arrested on Saturday by Pune Police for confining the driver, forcing him to take the blame for the Pune car crash. He was presented in the court today while Surendra's son and minor's father Vishal Agarwal is in judicial custody and lodged in Yerwada prison.
During the court hearing, cops said that Surendra Agrawal kidnapped his driver Gangaram and kept him in a bungalow.
"Surendra Agarwal pressurised Gangaram to take the blame for the car accident. We have recovered some CCTV footage too. We demand that he be sent to seven days custody remand," police said.
The minor accused, after outrage over his bail conditions, was remanded to an observation home till June 5. Pune Police had demanded that the minor accused should be tried as an adult based on the crime during prosecution.
