Bengali actress-turned-politician Nusrat Jahan, who tied the knot with her businessman beau Nikhil Jain in the Turkish town of Bodrum in the presence of family and close friends, has been making headlines with her chic, glam and fashionable choices. 

In October 2019, Nusrat Jahan was seen pandal hopping with husband Nikhil Jain as the two celebrated Durga Puja by offering prayers at Suruchi Sangha Pandal in Kolkata. Nusrat, who celebrated her first Durga puja since tying the knot was also seen playing the dhaak, a traditional dhol as the two set major relationship goals.

Every now and then, the Basirhat MP is seen expressing her love for her husband Nikhil Jain by sharing photos of some of their beautiful moments together on social media.

For their wedding, Nusrat Jahan looked every bit the traditional bride in a red designer lehenga while her husband Nikhil Jain, looked suave as he opted for an ivory ensemble by the same designer for the D-day.

During her wedding, Nusrat Jahan looked mesmerising in a white off-shoulder wedding dress which she paired with a flowing net veil. She completed her look with traditional red bangles and funky black shades. Her husband Nikhil Jain donned a classic black suit with a white shirt and a black bow tie.

Soon after tying the knot, Nusrat Jahan shared a photograph in which the couple is seen walking hand-in-hand with the scenic Aegean Sea in the backdrop. While sharing a romantic picture, Nusrat wrote, "Towards a happily ever after with Nikhil Jain."

Nusrat married Nikhil Jain, a businessman on June 3, 2019. Interestingly, Nusrat was working as the face of Jain's textile chain when the two met in 2018. While Nusrat is an actor and politician, Nikhil Jain is a former student of MP Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School. After studying management at the University of Warwick, he worked as a consultant in a UK-based multi-national company.

Nikhil Jain donned a yellow kurta for the festive celebrations. While sharing the cute, candid picture, Nusrat wrote: Light up lives with love...!
