AAP is 'misusing' public money: Satish Upadhyay

Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay on Wednesday alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is misusing public money. He said AAP can spend the money on full page advertisements, but cannot pay salaries of municipal corporation.
