Ahmedabad BMW hit and run 27 year old owner arrested

The owner of a BMW which caused a fatal hit-and-run in Ahmedabad has been arrested. The black BMW was registered in the name of Vismay Shah, whose father Amit Shah, a local eye surgeon. Video courtesy: NDTV
