Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has been granted bail in defamation case filed by BJP President Nitin Gadkari. A Delhi court granted bail to Mr Singh on surety of Rs. 50,000. Mr Gadkari had filed the criminal defamation case against Mr Singh, who has accused him of having business links with his party MP Ajay Sancheti who allegedly pocketed a huge sum in coal block allocation.
