A sports festival aiming to emphasise upon the importance of sports in overall personality development is being held in Jammu and Kashmir. The 15-day long festival was inaugurated by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed at Government Degree College for Boys in Anantnag district.
