Bihar`s former CM Lalu Yadav, at the Rashtriya Janta Dal`s "Jan Vishwas Rally", targeted both PM Narendra Modi and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. Lalu Yadav’s remarks during the Jan Vishwas Rally sparked controversy on March 03. While addressing the rally Lalu Yadav went on to question PM Modi’s religion. He said, “Who is Narendra Modi? Who`s his family? To this, PM Modi responded by saying that 140 crore people are his family.
Now, following his statement on PM Modi’s religion, Lalu Yadav on March 06 clarified his stance and said that he has done nothing wrong by calling Narendra Modi a fake Hindu. “I am not afraid. The people of Bihar are seeing that we have not said anything wrong,” he further added.
