There are two things that strike you about Mumbaiu00a0-- its famed never-say-die spirit and the lack of concern that people have for this great city. Considering the hard-working, hyper-active people here, it is all the more surprising that both the authorities and the citizens hardly care.
You find leaking pipes on the roads, tankers spilling water, garbage being dumped right on the road and, worst of all, people spitting right next to where they are standing! Can't we show a little more civic sense?
