As I talk, Indian men's Hockey team's good performance in the ongoing Commonwealth Games is on my mind. I am keeping my fingers crossed, praying that the team qualifies for the semi-final smoothly and then aims for gold. India has won eight gold medals in Olympics, two in Asian Games, but never won a gold in the Commonwealth Games. Since this year's Hockey World Cup in Delhi, our team has improved and is gradually coming up with better performances.

It's time for all the players in the squad to lift themselves up and give their best.

I hope that this time, the tables turn and our men's hockey team wins its first CWG gold and bring glory to the nation.
