Making sense of the good, bad and often strange trending topics online
While many chose to attack the government, some turned to sarcasm in order to vent their anger.

Take this tweet as an example: 'I think the government wants to make LPG so expensive that we stop cooking, and hence stop cribbing about vegetable prices.'
Varun Jindal added: 'More people should join Anna Hazare on his next fast. It's a nice way to save oneself from the price hike.'

In a certain Sarcasan's words, 'Now even the phrase 'adding fuel to the fire' is out of my reach.' And, finally, this from Diogeneb: 'It won't be long before IIMs become a cheaper source of gas than LPG.'
On Mrs Bond
Daniel Craig's 'secret' wedding to actress Rachel Weisz made them both trending topics. There were congratulatory messages, a number of predictable comments on Weisz becoming a 'real life Bond girl,' and queries on whether this means we get a new Bond. Kiran Manral believed 'this balances George Clooney becoming single again,' and Kristopher Tapley spoke for many of us by saying: 'I never understand these quick turnaround Hollywood rebound marriages.'
Still an icon
Saina Nehwal lost to China's Yihan Wang in the finals of the Indonesia Open Super Series badminton tournament. It didn't stop fans from praising her though. A certain Zenia D'Cunha pointed out: 'She is a runner-up! The media has no right to disgrace her efforts with headlines like Saina fails or falters.' Pramod added: 'The only silver lining is some parents will be happy with a girl child seeing how Nehwal has made her mark.'
The last word
This is what actress Celina Jaitly refers to as 'love advice': The best way to always get the last word in any argument with your wife or girlfriend? "Yes Dear..."
