The Shiv Sena and Thackeray both clogged timelines following the admission of alleged Sena worker Rajaram Rege that he had interacted with Lashkar-e-Taiba operative David Headley. A certain Naveen had this cryptic message: 'Headley was never a paanipuri-wallah, Bollywood hero or Pakistani cricketer.'
Back in the day
The hashtag 'In College' prompted people to tweet about what they did, back in the day. Some ladies admitted they learned the hard way that boys were a waste of time. Someone said it was a time when 'alcohol became one of the food groups.' Also, this: 'It doesn't matter if you pass tests, as long as your friends also fail.'
All we hear is...
Fans of Lady Gaga are fast becoming as vocal on Twitter as those of a certain prepubescent singer with the last name Bieber. They decided to tell anyone who was listening how great the singer's album Born This Way was. Someone also wanted a stereo in the bathroom so she could 'shower to Lady Gaga'. I chose not to follow her.
No PR necessary
The Delhi High Court stayed the publication of a book on corporate lobbyist Niira Radia, prompting some people like Amit Gadhvi to wonder if we have 'elevated Radia to some sort of national security level.' Arun Ravindran put it more succinctly: 'So much for freedom of expression!'
