You may call it a miracle, but British twins were reportedly born two days apart.

You may call it a miracle, but British twins were reportedly born two days apart. The pairu00a0-- Seth and Preston Campbell -- beat million-to-one odds to survive, along with their 27-year-old mother Donna Grove, after a string of terrifying birth complications. Donna gave birth to 22 pounds Seth while 28 weeks' pregnant at Frimley Park hospital in Surrey. But Preston, who was in his own womb sac, arrived more than 50 hours later after Donna had been whisked to London for treatment.

One in a million: Doctors claim Donna Grove's case is a very rare one
after she delivered her twins 50 hours apart from each other.

She said, "I feel blessed. We are all really really lucky to be here." Seth was not breathing when born on April 13. He then went on to develop a intestine infection, a heart murmur and blood poisoning. He was taken some 40 miles by ambulance to St Mary's in Paddington, central London. Donna joined Seth the next evening, then the following day gave birth to Preston. She then suffered a cardiac arrest after some of his womb sac fluid infected the blood stream -- a condition called amniotic fluid embolism, the report said.

Seth's condition then worsened and he was taken to the specialist neonatal intensive care unit at London's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.u00a0Amazingly, doctors saved all three and they recovered during a 10-week hospital stay. Consultant obstetrician Dr Kim Morgan of Frimley Park Hospital said, "Thanks to modern medicine and excellent care, Donna can fully appreciate her gorgeous babies." Donna, now back at homeu00a0 with her babies, added, "We now think it's quirky that they have different birth dates."
