Jade was determined to still be alive to see her boys on the special day, but she passed away in the early hours of March 22, according to her mother Jackiey Budden.
Jackiey also told how the 27-year-old had written her a Mother's Day card which she was reading to Jade the moment she died.
And she said she is now worried Jade's death from cervical cancer was her punishment for being a bad mum when the mother-of-two was younger.
