A no-nonsense judge threw the book at Lindsay Lohan today, ordering the actor to jail for blowing off alcohol counselling and violating probation.
LA County Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel told Lohan she'd have to spend 90 days in jail for failing to attend booze education classes as part of her plea bargain from two 2007 DUI busts.
A tearful Lohan begged the judge for leniency and sobbed, ''I'm not taking this as a joke. I don't want you to think that I don't respect you."
But Revel scolded the actress, ''It's like somebody who cheats doesn't think it's cheating unless they get caught.'' She was told to surrender July 20.
On Aug 23, 2007, Lohan pleaded guilty to cocaine use and driving under the influence and was sentenced to one day imprisonment and 10 days community service.
