The leakage occurred in Harbin, capital city of Heilongjiang province at around 10 p.m. in Acheng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Xinhua quoted a government official as saying and adding that the injured were receiving treatment at hospitals and 10 of them were in serious conditions.u00a0
According to the company's website, the company is the the province's largest steel producer.u00a0
