Devotees offered prayers at the Erawan Shrine, a popular tourist landmark in Bangkok on the first anniversary of a bomb attack that killed 20 people, on August 17, 2016.
The August 17, 2015 blast at the Erawan shrine in downtown Bangkok killed 20 people, mainly ethnic Chinese tourists, and injured another 125 in the deadliest such attack in the country in recent years.
