A television channel showed its viewers a photograph of Shoaib dancing away with female company on a recent tour to Sri Lanka, in which the playboy in Shoaib came shining through.
Former opening batsman Mohsin Khan, who married Indian actress Reena Roy, reckoned the all-rounder had played his cards badly. "He shouldn't have hidden anything from day one. But, good luck to Shoaib. I, for one, had a pleasant experience marrying Reena although we separated eventually," said Mohsin.

Cricket fans were not convinced of Shoaib's integrity after yesterday's divorce. "It proves that he was lying all along. We did not expect this from him," said one fan.

Cricket ka kya?
Pakistan's cricket crazy junta was also left wondering what would happen to his cricketing career after he finished serving the ban imposed by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
Several TV talk show participants felt that his marriage to Sania will take his focus away while others reckoned the marriage will improve Shoaib's image and he could well be offered endorsements, which, in turn, could result in a lack of hunger for the game.
