Now, the human pincushion has over 20 body modifications, including punched nostrils, 0.8 cm upper lip piercings, and a 1.6 cm inner labia piercing. In one of her TikTok videos with over 65 million views, Dell'Abate can be seen flicking her split tongue through two gaping holes above her lips like a lingual peep show. If that wasn't extreme enough, the Roman also underwent a blepharoplasty - cosmetic surgery to remove excess skin or fat from the eyelids - and has ten subdermal implants on both hands.
