PM Modi Speaks To President Putin, Appeals For An Immediate End Of Violence In Ukraine

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Ukraine situation and appealed for an immediate cessation of violence. While addressing the Ukraine crisis, US President Joe Biden on February 25 said that he has no plans to talk to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
