Rajasthan Royals' Amit Singh has been provisionally cleared of the charges of suspect bowling action by the Indian Premier League after it's Technical Committee found the pacer's action within ICC's tolerance limit.

The IPL Technical Committee provisionally cleared Amit after which he was included in Rajasthan Royals squad against Delhi Daredevils last night, but said if reported again, he would be restricted from playing for a year.

Amit's action was reported by on-field umpires Daryl Harper and K Hariharan during Royals' match against Chennai Super Kings at Kimberley last weekend.

"Amit Singh's biomechanical testing report showed that all four types of deliveries tested, u2014 his stock delivery, the off-break slower delivery, off-cutter and leg-cutter u2014 were legal and within ICC's legal tolerance limits," an IPL statement said.

"The report was provided by Prof Tim Noakes (Human Movement Expert), Dr Kerith Aginsky (Cricket Bowling Specialist/Biokineticist) and Dr Michele van Rooyen (Video Analysis Specialist) from the Department of Human Biology in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Cape Town.
