Becks' son wants to name his sister after Justin Bieber

David Beckham's son Romeo wants to name his sister, who is to be born in July, after Justin Bieber.

The footie star joked on a US talk show about the name for the baby girl his wife Victoria is expecting.

"We went for the scans and they said, ''It's a boy''. I was like, ''Great''," the Sun quoted him as telling host Jimmy Kimmel.

"Victoria was like, ''Oh, another penis in the house''. She thinks there's too many already!"

Asked about a name, he said: "We've got a few ideas. We said to the boys, ''Give us some ideas''.

Romeo was like, ''How about Justin Bieber as a name?'' Justin Bieber Beckham! Now we know it's a girl, he says, ''How about Justine Bieber?''"

Ex-Man United and England ace, now with US side LA Galaxy, said Romeo, eight, and his brother Cruz, six, are "huge fans" of the singer.
