India's veteran striker Bhaichung Bhutia is contemplating retiring in the next few days, reported the Press Trust of India yesterday.
A recurring calf muscle injury has forced Bhutia to miss all the Asian Cup matches in January, barring the last 15 mins of the final game against South Korea. "I am working hard but I will know in the next 2-3 days," he was quoted as saying by PTI when asked about the upcoming England tour and his future. Bhutia is likely to decide on his club career as well. "I will know everything in next 2-3 days," he reiterated.
