Five-times former winner Tom Watson of USA led the British Open after Saturday's third round shooting a 71 for a four-under total of 206. The 59-year-old American, bidding to become the oldest ever winner of a major, leads by one stroke from Mathew Goggin of Australia (69) and Ross Fisher of England (70).
