Carlos Tevez has expressed his frustration at his transfer situation and has claimed that Manchester City rejected offers from Inter, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain during the January transfer window.

Tevez has been searching for Eastlands exit since September, following his alleged refusal to come on as a substitute against Bayern Munich, while the player has been in exile in his native Argentina since November.
The striker insisted that he wanted to take up one of the offers made but that City blocked a potential move, with Tevez describing how "something always wasn't right" with the deals on the table.
"The situation is very strange for me," Tevez told Kicker. "I wanted to go and had offers from other leagues, from Spain and Italy. But it did not work out in the end because City did not accept any of the offers.
"There were offers from (AC) Milan, Inter and PSG. But something always wasn't right."
The former Manchester United forward also felt that the bad image he had developed since being marginalised at City was unfair. "I cannot understand that but I cannot do much against it," Tevez said.
