Chelsea, Manchester City eye Carlos Teves

Man City and Chelsea are leading the race for Carlos Tevez after he opted against signing a new deal at Manchester United because he "wasn't the most wanted person"at Old Trafford, according to his advisor Kia Joorabchian. Tevez, according to Joorabchian, has ruled out the prospect of moving to Liverpool as a mark of respect to United fans.
