Cricket stars shoot for ICC WT20 promos in Mumbai

The weekend saw some celebrities in Mumbai. Nothing unusual you say. Well, these were celebs from the cricket world. The likes of rising Indian star Virat Kohli, South African keeper Mark Boucher and Sri Lankan pacer Lasith Malinga were in town to shoot for the promos of the ICC World Twenty20 event.

The tickets for the tournament, which will kick-off on September 18, are already selling like hot cakes.

The promos of the event saw the likes of not just Kohli and Malinga, but female cricketers like India's Anjum Chopra, Sri Lankan women's team skipper Shashikala Siriwardena and South Africa's Mignon du Preez.

ICC tweeted the images for cricket lovers to get a behind-the-scenes look at their stars' of-the-field efforts.u00a0

Boucher, whose twitter id is @markb46, wrote about his experience on the micro-blogging site, "In Mumbai doing a shoot for the day. Some of the best people I've worked with! Well done!"
