They may have been teammates once in the same Australian cricket team but David Warner, 31, and David Hussey, 40, are poles apart when it comes to their thoughts on the concept of Valentine's Day. While one adores the day, the other feels it probably should
not exist.
Opening batsman Warner took to Instagram to wish his wife Candice, this morning. "Happy Valentine's Day darling, what an amazing lady you are. Always supporting and looking after me. Loving, caring and selfless. Always putting the girls and I first. Truly one of a kind my love. #loveyou @candywarner1," he wrote.
Hussey meanwhile, felt there shouldn't be a fuss about this day. "Is today the most over rated day of the year? #justsaying #ridiculous. Buying flowers for your partner doesn't have to be on Valentine's Day, it can be any day," he wrote on his Twitter account.
