Stuart Broad admits any dressing room disharmony will damage England's hopes of winning the third Test against South Africa at Lord's next week

Broad was speaking in the aftermath of Kevin Pietersen's post-second Test press conference when he claimed there were dressing room issues which needed to be resolved.

Nottinghamshire paceman Broad insists the team environment is fine, but stressed the need for any potential problems to be resolved before the next meeting with the Proteas. England need to win that encounter to draw the series and retain their No 1 Test status in the ICC rankings.

Broad told Sky Sports News: "What is vital is that we turn up to Lord's with all 11 players making sure England win that Test and that all our energies and focus is going towards that.

"If you just have one player slightly off, it can be quite damaging. It is important that once we get to Lord's as a group, whoever is there, we make sure we are fully there mentally and win that game.

"But if there is a problem, it is important it gets sorted and we take the field at Lord's with 11 guys who want to win for England."

Pietersen also hinted at feeling isolated in the dressing room but Broad is adamant it is harmonious place.
