Australian cricket might be in a poor state at the moment due to the ongoing tussle between players and Cricket Australia over the revenue sharing model, leaving many of the players out of a contract and so technically unemployed, but that hasn't affected batsman Aaron Finch's sense of humour.
Finch is travelling to England to represent Surrey in the T20 Blast, and yesterday posted this picture of his passport and air ticket on Twitter with the caption: "Off to London... See you soon @surreycricket. I'm just happy to be employed!"
To this, Finch's Aussie teammate and opening batsman, David Warner, also out of a contract just like him, offered a funny response.
"Enjoy it brother. Put a good word in for me please," wrote Warner.
