I'm in form, Aguero warns Venezuela

Argentine ace Sergio Aguero is bursting with confidence ahead of his team's international friendly against Venezuela on September 2. Aguero, who has been in sizzling form for new club Manchester City, arrived in Kolkata yesterday morning.

"I'm in form and I am confident," said Aguero, who has scored three goals in three games for the Eastlands outfit.

Real Madrid's Argentine stars Gonzalo Higuain and Angel Di Maria also arrived yesterday morning. Skipper Lionel Messi is expected to arrive in the wee hours of Wednesday morning along with Barcelona teammate Javier Mascherano.

Sosa detained in Dubai
Argentine midfielder Jose Sosa had some difficult moments on his way to Kolkata when he was detained at Dubai airport due to a visa problem.

The match organisers said as Sosa was denied a visa on arrival, his journey had to be rescheduled.
