Another primary subject of today's hearing will be to seek clarity on International Management Group's role in various allegations related to IPL.
Paul Manning, Peter Griffiths and John Loffhagen, three of BCCI's witnesses in the hearing, are legal counsels of IMG.

It is learnt Loffhagen was instrumental in drafting player contracts.

IPL CEO Sundar Raman, another witness, has flown in from South Africa to provide evidence against Modi. His disclosures will be critical.
The committee is also likely to discuss the alleged parallel T20 league in England.
Yorkshire County Cricket Club, along with few other English counties were in India this year on a fact-finding mission on IPL, and meet Modi to discuss opportunities for the future.

This meeting was interpreted by ECB chairman Giles Clarke as a ploy to start a parallel league, an allegation that was rubbished by the counties.

BCCI had slapped a showcause notice on Modi ordering him to answer Clarke's charges. Modi retorted in a 7,000 word reply saying Clarke was reacting over a grudge.
Chief Executive of Yorkshire Cricket, Steve Regan said that counties had no intention of turning against ECB.

"We met Mr Modi, discussed a number of ideas and opportunities that would make cricket a global sport, but we never discussed a parallel league," he said yesterday.
"It was purely a fact-finding mission. We discussed with Mr Modi what could happen in the future if all parties are willing to make things happen.
We were clear that the ECB and ICC would have to work closely together in order to implement our ideas."
Regan confirmed that IMG introduced the counties to Modi, but didn't have any contributions to make to the meeting.u00a0
