Mumbai's senior all-rounder Abhishek Nayar may have taken a dig at coach Sameer Dighe yesterday for the 41-time champions' quarter-final exit from the Ranji Trophy.

Nayar, who was dropped for Mumbai's last league game and the quarter-final clash, took to Twitter to vent his anguish over the team's recent exit. Nayar tweeted: "Everytime a team wins u hear words like teamwork, unity, preparation, bonding, family,What if you have some1 at the helm who doesn't want any of it just wants to destroy something good...a insecure coaches Ego #RIP PYSCHO." Nayar is popular among the team's youngsters for his mentorship.
