Jose Mourinho, who led Inter to a historic treble in 2010, has advised the Nerazzuri president Massimo Moratti against hiring fellow Portuguese Andre Villas-Boas as coach, Goal.com reported.

Inter sacked Claudio Ranieri and appointed Andrea Stramaccioni as interim boss until the end of the season, but Villas-Boas, fired by Chelsea, is still being heavily linked with the Serie A outfit.
"Moratti calls Mourinho regularly to discuss everything about Inter with him, and he has been warned off Villas-Boas," a source at Inter toldu00a0 Goal.com. "Mourinho believes AVB is not the right man for Inter."
Villas-Boas was a member of Mourinho's support staffu00a0 at Porto, Chelsea and Inter.
