More than a month after Gurmehar Kaur controversy has died down, Kamaal R Khan wakes up and takes to Twitter to abuse former India opener Virender Sehwag. Find out what he said...
Kamaal R. Khan
Self-proclaimed critic and controversy's favourite child Kamaal R Khan is infamous for his rants on social media. He regularly tries to troll celebs from Bollywood and other arenas.
Recently, KRK tried to troll former India opener Virender Sehwag about his tweet on the Gurmehar Kaur controversy.
Now, Viru had landed in trouble for trying to troll the Delhi University student with a placard saying, 'I didn't score two triple centuries, my bat did!'.
Now, the 42-year-old actor seems to have suddenly woken up more than a month later, when the controversy has long died down with Sehwag even coming out in support of Gurmehar Kaur.
The former cricketer, who is a former King's XI Punjab team mentor and current Head of Cricket Operations and Brand Ambassador, was invited as a cricket expert on an Indian news channel. And this seemed to spark off KRK's rant.
KRK had recently taken on wrestlers the Phogat sisters and Yogeshwar Dutt. Hinting at Geeta and Babita Phogat as well as Dutt, who had all opposed Gurmehar's stance, he had tweeted that there was a trend of showcasing a false show of patriotism and appeasing the government.
He tweeted:
Offended, Yogeshwar had replied:
The Phogat sisters had also retorted back:
Now, Viru paaji hasn't responded to Kamaal's rant. Let's see if he does in the future or decides to ignore it as insignificant.
