Put in to bat, the Tuskers scored 132/7 but then restriced the Knights to 126/9.

For Kochi Ravindra Jadeja cracked 29 off 18 balls, while skipper Mahela Jayawardene scored 25 and Brendon Mccullum got 23 after KKR skipper Gautam Gambhir won the toss and opted to field.

For the Knights, spinners Shakib al Hasan (3-28) and Yusuf Pathan (3-20) were the chief wreckers.
