"It was decided that the final decision will be left to the president (Vilasrao Deshmukh) and concerned office-bearers," MCA's joint honorary secretary Dr PV Shetty told MiD DAY after yesterday's managing committee meeting.
Deshmukh is expected to look into details of Shah Rukh's apology on television and decide accordingly. The SRK incident was not on the agenda, but some managing committee members raised the question after fresh development on Sunday.
Shah Rukh, surrounded with his wife and kids, apologised after KKR's win over Chennai Super Kings in the IPL final: He said: "I want to apologise to the kids for my misbehaviour at MCA. I apologise to all who saw me differently. I shouldn't have behaved in that manner.
But today my team has won, so I guess, all you fans should forgive me. We have won at last."u00a0SRK was involved in a spat with MCA officials and a security guard, who didn't allow 30 to 40 kids with him to enter the ground after KKR's match.u00a0
