India's Caribbean tour afforded an opportunity for Harbhajan Singh to watch the Jamaican Athletics Championships in Kingston where Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell competed in 100m sprint last week.
Harbhajan watched the amazing Bolt zip away to victory and was fortunate to exchange notes with runner-up Powell. "It was an amazing race. I consider myself very fortunate to be in Jamaica at a time when the two great athletes were running. There is a huge difference watching the 100m on television. I just couldn't believe what I saw. It was a super human effort from both runnersu2026 extraordinarily unbelievable.
"It was like watching a fast car go past. I told Powell, 'you were fantastic'. Powell knows a lot about cricket just like all Jamaicans. I asked him whether he would be around for Sunday's game and he said he would be there," said Harbhajan.u00a0
