Robin Uthappa's wife Sheethal, a mother of one (son, Neale Nolan), has been working hard on her fitness for some time now, and is mighty pleased with the results.

Yesterday, she posted this selfie on Instagram and wrote: "Ok so I have been trying to create these muscles for some time now and finally it's starting to show up. I cannot tell you how much work/discipline it's taken but I have realised something in this journey.

That once you find your direction towards what you'd like to achieve, it becomes all about the process that leads you to it and when you start enjoying the process results show up as a byproduct.. and THEN you feel like there is nothin that's gonna stop you from getting what you want. It's always a combination of workout food and rest!"
