Manchester United midfield maestro Paul Scholes has taunted local rivals Manchester City, telling them that they wont get success in the European championships in the next five year at least.
When Scholes was asked in fanzine 'United We Stand' if he felt City would win the trophy in the next five years, The Sun reports.
Scholes replied: "I hope not. And I don't think they will. City have found how difficult it can be this year." He said playing in European competitions is really tough and they have to shed off their arrogant attitude, if they plan to get success on European front. "I think they went into the Champions League a bit arrogant. They're playing against proper teams. It's not like the Europa League," he said.
