Shoaib Akhtar's 'googly' unites Indians and Pakistanis... who troll him

Former pacer Shoaib Akhtar's tweet that left his followers totally confused, but did manage to unite Indians and Pakistanis for a while.

Relations between neighbours India and Pakistan are an extremely low point since the September 18 Uri terror attacks and the subsequent 'surgical strikes' on terror camps. Well, former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar recently managed to do the 'impossible' and unite people from both sides of the border for a while.

He managed to do so thanks to a 'googly' he bowled on Twitter that left no one could read and left everyone scratching their heads.

The former Pakistan pacer recently tweeted a picture of himself with Samina Baig, the first Pakistani woman to conquer Mount Everest.

Unfortunately, the Rawalpindi Express derailed on the English language and the post made no sense to anyone. He tweeted, "Hounour of meeting the First Lady of Pakistan who concerned Mount Everest with her share will proud of you Samina ..like the whole country."

Akhtar seems to have taken his passion to rattle batsmen during his playing days a little too seriously and decided to rattle his Twitter followers. But these days, Twitterati are adept at playing bouncers and they took to the social media platform with gusto to troll the former cricketer.

THIS IS WHAT TWITTERATI HAD TO SAY:

They forced the 41-year-old to delete his 'erroneous' tweet and post a 'correct' version.

Of course, this didn't go unnoticed.
