Zimbabwe's one-day series tour of Sri Lanka next month has been postponed with revised dates yet to be agreed, Sri Lanka Cricket spokesman Vajira Wijewardene said on Friday.
Zimbabwe were due to play five one-day games in Colombo with the first scheduled for March 13.
"Both countries have mutually agreed to reschedule the series for a later date," Wijewardene said. He did not say why the tour was put off.
However,u00a0Cricinfo.com said the series broadcaster, Ten Sports, had requested a change of date, as it was showing the South Africa-Australia and West Indies-England series during the same time.
"Given our relationship with them (Ten Sports) as our joint rights holder, we had no problem with acceding to their request," Lovemore Banda, Zimbabwe Cricket's media manager, told Cricinfo.
