After the historic win at Mohali, India captain MS Dhoni, Harbhajan Singh and Pragyan Ojha were leaving the PCA Stadium for the team hotel when former India captain Sunil Gavaskar came to congratulate the trio. MiD DAY eavesdropped on the conversation.
Gavaskar: Congrats Dhoni. This was a brilliant victory, probably one of our finest ever. Bhajji, Ojha, you both were terrific too. Congratulations, savour this victory.
MSD: Thank you, Sunny Bhai. Did you like it?
Gavaskar: Yes, of course. It reminded me of the Chennai Tied Test. We couldn't win that game, but you have done it here. It's a superb win.
MSD: Thanks again, Sunnybhai.

Harbhajan: We are also capable of great victories, aren't we Sunnybhai?
Gavaskar: Yes, of course. Ok guys, see you in Bangalore.
Gavaskar left after this conversation, following which Dhoni caught up with MiD DAY for an exclusive chat. "Definitely, it is a wonderful win. According to me, all wins are equally special, so I can't compare this win to another one. I can only say it is a very nice feeling. But it is unfair to say this is the most beautiful victory in my captaincy," he said.
