Michael Manuello added that the 29-year-old France international is fed up with the upheaval at the Andalusian club, and is the subject of heavy interest from Atletico Madrid, Monaco and Rennes.
Speaking to AS, Manuello said: "It's (the transfer wish) for personal reasons, but above all, the fact that the club's sporting project has changed direction in the last two years. We hope we will resolve his future this week."
